Streetscape improvements for 2025 are close to completion. Work on the South side (even side) of Elizabeth Avenue (Miracle Plaza Car Wash side) that started on Monday, September 22, 2025 with the remaining work and traffic signal replacement extending into the Summer of 2026.

The scope of this Elizabeth Avenue streetscape project extends from Bridge Street to Catherine Street. The project consists of streetscape improvements:

• Color integral stamped concrete sidewalk & curbing
• ADA compliant curb ramps
• New tree plantings, with permeable rubberized surface around them
• New pavement striping & traffic markings
• Replacement of the traffic signal at the intersection of Elizabeth Avenue and Catherine Street
